Be brave, make a start it's only a piece of paper or canvass after all. Start with something simple and familar. Perhaps a view that you see daily or your breakfast cup & saucer, just look for 5 minutes and decide where you would start if the brush was in your hand. Then try, after a few days many problems should have been resolved.
