I have painted this view from the Hallwalk twice so far, next time Imay have to find a spot with less branches in the way. Each year the trees have grown and I'm only 5' 6". It makes the picture more of a challenge.

I painted this picture from outside one of Sam's restaurants, carefully avoiding any passing cars, the main st. has some of the oldest buildings in the town and the only way to paint them is from the middle of the road.
